Silversands Trekking Centre is a small family owned business at Glenrowan Farm on the outskirts of the picturesque Morar village on the west of Scotland.

We have one of the most beautiful spots for horse riding in Scotland situated on the Road to the Isles in the picturesque West Coast of the Scottish Highlands.

Come and enjoy breath taking trekking along our silver sands beach….great for a canter or a gentle stroll or even take the horses for a paddle.

All hacks will be accompanied by experienced escorts who will look after you as you enjoy some of the best trekking available in Scotland

1 Hour Ride

Our one hour trek consists of a ride on the silversands of Morar with glistening blue waters and long expanses of sandy beaches.

2 Hour Ride

Our two hour trek consists of riding our way along beautiful country roads, open moorlands and the Silversands of Morar.

Children’s Saddle Club

Every Saturday, 5 years and over

Session 1:- 10 – 11
Session2:- 11:15 – 12:15

Ideal for younger children, a good way to be introduced to ponies by spending a little time with them with friendly staff to help you.

Help get your pony ready to go for a trek and enjoy a ride on the beach. You can also help look after your pony in the stable with feeding and grooming.
